In Chennai – Tamil Nadu State Capital – addressing a press conference after signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chennai-based Deepam Hospitals here on Saturday, Somaliland Vice President Abdirahman Abdillahi Ismail said there was a need to assist the citizens of the country who travel to India for medical treatment. It would be handled through Tamil Nadu trade office, the Vice President said.
