Emergency Life-Saving Intervention Project Inaugurated in Somaliland

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) launched yesterday an emergency intervention project to save the lives of people affected by drought in Somaliland, in the presence of several officials.

The Deputy Governor of Maroodi-Jeeh – Khadar Barud – expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince for their permanent support for Somaliland citizens in light of the difficult conditions they are going through, and the drought crisis that has engulfed the country.

This comes within the framework of the water supply and environmental sanitation projects implemented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – through the KSRelief – to improve the living conditions of the needy in various countries around the world.
